- Cameras/video equipment must be cleared by band/tour P.R department , and finally by Cap City Concerts LLC
- No back packs or large bags allowed unless you are working the venue/concert , please leave your belongings in your car or at home .
- NPAC is smoke free , however the venue is 100% vapor friendly inside .
- The age limit at most Cap City concerts at NPAC is 16+ , please refer to event pages for particular age restrictions per show(s) .

How to find The Northland Performing arts center ( NPAC )
The Northland Performing Arts Center is located at 4411 Tamarack Blvd off of Morse Road, about 1 mile East of I-71. It is formerly the site of Northland Mall. Those unfamiliar with the area, please take note of the surroundings. NPAC is in a corporate plaza called Northland Village, along with Menards, the Franklin County Dog Shelter and a Columbus Police substation.

There is handicap accessible parking in the front lot. There is also plenty of parking on the side and rear of the building, street (Northland Park Ave & Tamarack Blvd) and Menards.
